Who we are

I’m Taylor, a soon-to-be chemical engineering graduate who has spent the past four years navigating—and excelling in—the job search process. From my very first semester of college, I dove headfirst into research and started landing interviews at career fairs, even as a first-year student. That early momentum never slowed down. Each year, I’ve received multiple internship and co-op offers from top companies across a range of industries including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and bioprosthetics. I’ve worked as an operator and engineer in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska; completed a six-month co-op as a Plant Engineer Intern with a pharmaceutical company in Berkeley, California; and spent a summer working in bioprosthetics as a process and quality engineering intern. Most recently, I’m wrapping up an internship in oil refining while preparing to graduate this fall.

Beyond industry experience, I’ve taken on leadership roles as President of the Society of Women Engineers, Service Saturday Leader, and Ambassador Coordinator for the College of Engineering. I’ve also been awarded multiple scholarships throughout my academic career—something I credit to knowing how to craft a compelling resume, stand out at career fairs, and present myself with clarity and confidence. After years of job searching, interviewing, and refining my application materials, I’ve learned exactly what employers are looking for—and now I’m here to help you do the same.
